My journey into crafts began in 2006, and me making stuff started from always wanting things to have
the perfect fit or a specific design I couldn't find anywhere else.
As such my approach has always been a more practical one, and whenever I made or designed something it always started with functionality in mind.

At first, Art didn’t to me as creation for the sake of creation but for the sake of filling a specific space
with a specific vision I had of an object, or a special gift for the important people in my life.

Many years later, in 2016 I decided it was time for me to challenge art for the sake of art making
and began working on my “Elements” wood carving Series, which helped discover my unique style,

and a new vision for where I would like to be in Art and life…
The rest is history.

Never gone to art school or received any training.

But I always had the touch, and the drive to challenge myself.

There is a strong influence in my work from Polynesian and Old-Norse lines and motifs.

Otherwise, I am 100% a self taught explorer.

Work mainly with: wood, leather, Acrylic, and Aluminium.

Hope you enjoy my work.
